[ALSC-Forum] Endorsement of NGO and Academic ICANN Study (NAIS) Report

I've read the NGO and Academic ICANN Study (NAIS) Report ""ICANN,
Legitimacy, and the Public Voice: How to Make 
Global Participation and Representation Work" posted at
http://www.naisproject.org/report/final/.  This document is *much* closer to
what many of us in this forum have been discussion than the ALSC draft
report!  Instead of fighting for changes to the ALSC report, I recommend we
endorse the NAIS report and push for its implementation instead!  It isn't
perfect, but it's a *far* better document than the competition!
