At the present time I understand that, throughout the world, when users have a
problem with the internet for which the desire redress they go about seeking it
in the standard ways;

They contact their service providers

They contact what they think of as the proper government authority

They quite using the net

It is also my understanding that when they have trouble it is either with
connectivity or something to do with a domain name and/or search.

Sooner or later the users are going to figure this thing out and when they do it
will be as consumers and if there is not at that time an at large the consumers
will go elsewhere and at that time there will be an elsewhere unless ICANN gets
the idea ahead of time. And that time is now.

"Free competition and the men and women who daily risk themselves for it, have
given me the only material freedom I know" (ed2001)

Sincerely,
Eric
