Extremely doubtful Mr. Williams;
You seem to have missed the point that I want no charge and no hassle for
people/users to be able to vote.
I believe a list of the 300 thousand or so cyber cafes is a far better Outreach
program. Look at it this way, if they verify they get to keep the info and build a
dandy little data base that they can then use and it is all neighborly. Shoot they
would even have a reason to promote but only so long as they were real people who
could be customers. Also if during the vote I am in Sri Lanka I could drop in and
vote no problem.
