Once more, just so I'm sure you folks heard me:

The disenfranchisement of Internet users in favor of domain name holders --
who already have a forum in the DNSO for their issues -- is unacceptable.
By doing so you still the voice of myself and other Internet users who have
been active participants in ICANN since its inception, and deserve the voice
promised us in the White Paper.  I see this as nothing less than a civil
rights issue.
