Agreed!! But you know that Domain Name holders/owners are also
users. So representation in the At-Large should be made just as
available to them as any other stakeholder or interested party.

Also agreed! ANd that is the fundamental thing that is wrong with the
ALSC Draft Report as it does just that. In doing so, the ALSC
has not listened to the stakeholders very well, it is using a lack of
representation in the DNSO for Domain name holders as an excuse
to justify it's dubious conclusions and recommendations, and at the
same time kill off the DNSO. Nice trick if it will fly. I don't
think it will long term anyway. But I would not be supprised that
if in the Nov. MdR ICANN meeting that the BoD votes for it.
