Ideally, all, but pragmatically, nine. Philosophically, I'm opposed to
further reification of the corporate singularity beyond its age-old
front for real people doing real work. Thus, only real people should
ever have votes on these kinds of issues. 

But I'm voting for nine because that's what was agreed to on the books
and we have to start with the axioms we have. After we have fulfilled
the agreement, then it is logically sound to move on (unlike the
historical BoD has done, altering Bylaws left and right).
