Dave and all stakeholders or interested parties,
No your right there never was a rational for why the ALSC thought
or still thinks that 6 is better than 9. Most likely there never will be
unless it is provided in the upcoming MdR meeting. BTW, where
is that Final Report? It still have not been posted as promised
to this Forum....
