Bruce and all stakeholders or interested parties,

I don't think it is hopeful news by any means. If this is a draft
of upcoming events for the At-Large, than the re-creation
of the At-Large is proposed by this possible draft to
be delayed yet again and the current At-Large Directors
term will expire before the this proposed At-Large is
in place. Therefore leaving the vast majority of stakeholders
unrepresented.

Read it again carefully Bruce, ok? >;)
