Esther and all stakeholders or interested parties,

This is good to hear Esther. >;) However the is a problem with
this view or position in respect to true representation and the
inconsistency of the ALSC recommendations. They are as follows:

1.) Representation by geographical region is not possible under the
current registration method used for the At-Large as the "Location"
of stakeholders is sometimes/many times not a fixed physical address.

2.) That the recommendations restrict the total number of stakeholders
that can be registered is 50k.

3.) That the ALSC recommendations restrict membership to ONLY
domain name holders/owners and does not define to what level
those domain name holders can be.

4.) That the ALSC recommendations seem to be suggesting replacing the
"At-Large" with a new entity to be called the ALSO (At-Large
Supporting Organization) and thereby either negating the DNSO
and especially the DNSO GA/NC and/or completely eliminating
       the DNSO all together...

It would seem therefore Esther, that the predominance thus far of the
comments made and the straw poll thus far conducted here on this forum
would be in stark disagreement with the ALSC recommendations which
I thought were to be based on input taken on this forum. ??????
Hence I, and it seems quite a number of others on this forum and
many more not on this forum are concluding that the ALSC is or
did not wish to seriously consider their desire and/or input in
accordance with the MoU. I personally find this not surprising,
but in abeyance with the ICANN's contractual obligations to
DOC/NTIA and the Internet stakeholders.
