Sandy and all stakeholders or interested parties,

I rarely expect Joe Sims to address any point, either directly or
indirectly, if at all. It is even rare that he responds at all. Same
is true of Stuart Lynn. But at least Esther will if pressed, address
a point of interest, or one that is being made and has interacted
with the stakeholder community. The fact that often Esther
is a bit obtuse or off target, is another matter.
