1. To accept that for the next 3 years Individual Domain Name Holders
(*real* individuals, not "contacts") make up the ICANN at large membership.
For many this will be a huge compromise.

2. To accept that a balance needs to be imposed on the future ICANN Board
to safeguard abuse of power by the "service producer" side of the
governance equation.

3. To accept six regional directors and three supra-regional directors, wo
can come from any region and for whom *all* voters can vote.
Currently, (thinking of candidates like Tiller, Symons or Lessig) I would
not mind if all these would end up to be North American.

4. To give consideration to candidates and their voters from countries who
in the current structure can never expect to be elected: (Australia, New
Zealand and Israel) and re-structure the geography -based regional
division to a more culturally-based one to accommodate them.
( I would propose to give real meaning to the sixth region proposed by the
ALSC and allow the voters and candidates of Israel to stay out of it
and join the North American region, which is more likely to share their
Internet thinking; likewise, for the Australians and New Zealanders, who
could never hope to gain a seat in the Asia/Pacific setup, to become part
of a "European" region.)

[ ] I would be willing to support this as a consensus solution
[ ] I would not support this
