Sandy,
everyone knows about Jeff Williams INEG. Don't fall in the trap of 
yourself. Questioning Jeff is like saying "hey! look at me! I am a serious 
one", while you are only the nnnth one asking the same questions from the 
same URL and looking a fool yourself. Everyone knows from his own 
experience that at least 25% of what Jeff says is right. And that his 
opinons and comments are all the more pertinent and interesting that he 
finds his interlocutor pertinent and interesting. Otherwise it is 3rd 
degree humour. Enjoy it!

It seems that some know more about him and will realy have fun at the 
people faces the day he attends an ICANN meeting ... that is non incognito. 
Some said to me he is on the BoD: I don't believe it because he is not one 
of the squatters and keep having his sources steady, so he is higher, or 
from Staff. You want to guess: look carefully at his scoops.
