Ms. Dyson,

You have a fairly specific mandate, I understand.  What is your mandate on
timing and what is the acceptance/rejection schedule?

I also do not recall your report being broken down into basics and specifics.
Could you please direct us to where the basics can be found as opposed to
specifics?
ie. These would be basics

Method to determine membership
accounting premise for determining charges
general rights of membership
basis for determining seats. (not number which would be specific)

No it would seem you cannot legitimately use the term basics for you have not
provided any.

Therefor your statement below would be a theft of logic and a deception.  I do
not mean this personally by any means merely as a Socratic dialogue.
