In speaking with nameless institutional donators I have twice been
vaguely referenced to a lawsuit that resulted in a court order that
prohibits certain contributions to ICANN.
It has to do with charging a fee that will eventually be used to fund
ICANN, in particular the At-Large.
Can anyone enlighten me fully on this matter?
